Doctor Who.

I've been re-watching some of my favorite Doctor Who episodes from series 5, and... You do know what Doctor Who is, right? TARDIS? Amy? Rory? Madman With a Box? No? Shame on you. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you shouldn't continue reading this.
However, if you do know who The Doctor is, you're my new best friend.
So, I just watched The Time of Angel/Flesh and Stone and I noticed something. You know, in The Time of Angels, in the beginning when Amy looks at that 4 seconds recording of the Angel from the ship? (who later becomes Angel Bob)
'That which holds the image of an Angel becomes itself an Angel' and 'The eyes are not the windows of the soul, they are the doors' and the Doctor tells Amy to look at the Angel, but to not look at the eyes.
Still, Amy looks at it's eyes and the Angel climbs inside her mind, as the Doctor explains in Flesh and Stone when Amy's dying and she has to close her eyes.
But, if the Angel from the ship is in Amy's mind, then how can the Doctor talk to it? The Angel from the ship uses Bob's voice to talk, right? And he talks to the Doctor while Amy's eyes are open and she's dying. So, how can Angel Bob be in her mind and talk to the Doctor?
Yes, it's sure it was the Angel from the ship that climbed inside her mind, because right after she stops that recording, she says that 'there's something in her eye', and then after they figure out that those statues are all Angels, she thinks that her hand is stone. And it's just obvious that it's Angel Bob inside her mind, because he's the only Angel that has that calm face. See the image below.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Oh, and another thing I just noticed. How come that, when the Angels go up to the Byzantium and fall into that crack because they forget about the gravity, Angel Bob has this calm face, while the other Angels are like... I don't know. See for yourself:

Also, in the same episode, when the Doctor and River and Octavian leave, and Amy stays with the Clerics, and the Doctor tells her to remember what he told her when she was 7, how does he know that she was 7 in The Eleventh Hour? I don't recall her telling him that.
