I have decided to write story recommendations to make the not-so-popular awesome fics out there more popular. If you want me to take a look at one story in particular and consider rec'ing it, send me an email, telling me your penname, author's penname (only your penname if it's your story), story link and why should I check out this story. But for me to actually consider it, you will have to be very convincing.
Also, if you send me an email with a story for me to consider, do not submit the story through the Rec Submission Form, only after you get a response from me telling you my opinion about the story.
